How Is Your Mucus Before Your Period

First meeting with Piazza Crafts

Thus begins with this image here next inspiration, the experience of Arabeschi Milk , Avatar- Architecture and Peter Lang in Turin.

With an idea.

Coming off even before you get in touch with the reality of living and stimulating workshop Crafts Square, before you even spend a few days with the boys of the school, within this exciting gathering place.
A series of combined work experience different from Turin Geodesign with the common goal to work together to create a workshop that would transform an idea into a real product of food, edible and reproducible.

"I do not throw anything away" has always been the motto of the operation, as well as the title of this blog.

Give the kids, give them the opportunity to invent, to deal with popular food items or trying to use them differently, perhaps with a new approach to the practice of food production, where, exactly, do not throw anything away.
A number of ideas of dishes, bowls, spoons, trays, edible and tasty, finding a way to get even that which is usually thrown away and become garbage.
We needed a material, food, a food which take inspiration from a food base with potential earnings from our end.

The image used as the title of this blog, what you see on top, was built at a time of play and encounter with the boys.
letters are made with the Trebbia of beer, a gap sometimes used as a dough to make products such as bread or cakes, but never used in the laboratories of the craft beer Square as the basis for the dough. A perfect starting point, a "waste edible" first assumption on which to base the idea of \u200b\u200bfavoring total consumption. All

With time and with the ideas of young people throughout the process has undergone a transformation.

The famous edible tray, has undergone a lengthy testing before reaching the boat-shape, there seemed to be the most appropriate. Currently consists of a type of pasta and crackers is divided into three parts corresponding to three times the canons of "taste":

-first part consists of a bowl of salted vegetables steamed, a second part consists of a gelatin derived from our lager and red and finally to all the sweet chocolate with a chocolate-covered orange thread after the last bite reserved for coffee.

The size of the product and the quantity of ingredients, can eat everything without "throw anything away" and without the use of plates or cutlery, a sort of eco-drink, a meal from a nutritional standpoint and a fun experience for young people to the Piazza of the Trades.

In particular, we specialize in an exemplary way in the production of chocolate and beer. Hence the idea of \u200b\u200busing the brewers in an unusual way to school as a resource for kids and for the project. The brewers
is usually discarded during the production in the brewery, is actually a byproduct of the brewing obtained by drying residues in cereals. work was for the kids a way to re-contextualize and give a new function to a food basis for some recipes for the dough always in the wake of 'use and reuse everything possible .......

The steps include the preparation of the three bodies, one with tomato sauce for the salt part, the neutral and lighter made up only of threshing and finally the cake, the chocolate mixture. The idea was to create a tablet that could symbolically eat and drink, in which could support the above vegetables and jellies in the first mouthful of beer at the center where the part is pierced drinking. Finally, chocolate, orange peel and coffee beans' and concludes with the third mouthful sweetness ..
.. The chocolate dough is put to rest before being stretched by the skilled hands of Gianluca and Federica, three bodies and a tin of jelly beer ready for the 3 bites ..
